We currently accept all payment methods through Paypal.com, which include Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, as well as personal check! All questions pertaining to payment procedures should be directed to paypal.com. They handle all payment processing for purchases made at our website. If you run into trouble such as placing an incorrect order, ect; give us a call as we will get the matter resolved.
We ship our baskets via United States Postal Service and Federal Express, and we make certain that the baskets are secure and will be safe during shipping. We ship in strong boxes and cushion them appropriately. Also, we provide shipping confirmation on most packages shipped!

The baskets are assembled by hand by an experienced crafts-maker. You can be sure much time, thought, and care has gone into making sure that your basket will look its best for it's recipient. As for the basket contents, we try to match the contents listed for each item in our catalog, but sometimes due to suppy & demand issues, some items may not be available at that moment, or at all (items become discontinued often, especially during holidays.). In such a case we will substitute the out-of-stock item with an equally fitting and valued item.
We, by law, are not allowed to sell alcohol. If you select a basket, and would like wine or some other liquor to be included, you can ship it to us for inclusion, or, we can ship the basket to you, and you can put it in. Either way, it'll still look great.
